How to make an online exchange?
All exchanges in our service are carried out by creating an application on the site.
Do you work at weekends and on public holidays?
Yes, but you can only make an exchange if our operator is online.
Do I have to register for an exchange?
You can buy, sell or exchange cryptocurrency only after completing the KYC procedure in the verification section.
CBRO does not cooperate with brokers or investment advisors and warning about unsolicited calls, e-mails or other types of communication from firms offering help in retrieving funds.
What fees do you charge for the exchange?
The fees vary depending on the exchange type. The final amount you get will be specified in the application registration process. It includes all components, including payment system fees.
Is it possible to exchange the amount exceeding the reserve for the chosen type?
Yes, you can write to our online chat and request the required reserve amount. Our managers will add the reserve for the chosen type within a few minutes.
Is it possible to cancel the exchange?
Yes, you can cancel it in accordance with the return rules published in the section of the agreement, point 9.7

The minimum and maximum amounts are specified in the application form and vary depending on the exchange type.
What are the exchange terms?
The terms depend primarily on the exchange type; on the average, the transaction lasts from 5 to 15 minutes. In no more than 5% of cases, there may be insignificant delays due to the merchant's fault.
What notifications on execution of my application will I receive?
You will get notification on successful completion of your transaction on our website, a receipt sent to your e-mail and, of course, replenishment of account of the payment system you have chosen.
